Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between the time a customer places an order and the time the seller delivers the order to the courier.
Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Our products are currently only available in the United States.

How will my order be shipped?
Most fixtures will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS, a few will be shipped by ocean + trucking companies such as CEVA Logistics, Arcb, etc. Please contact our customer support department at support@elamhouse.com for any specific delivery needs.

What if there is shipping damage?
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours if there is any shipping damage. Shipping companies (like UPS, FedEx, DHL) only accept shipping damage claims within one week after delivering the product. Therefore, you will be responsible for any cost related to the shipping damage if you do not contact us within one week.

Cooperation with customs for customs clearance.
Products will be shipped from our warehouse based on availability. For shipments from Hong Kong, in rare cases, you may have to pay import duties (if any). Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
Currently, our tariffs refer to duty-free for US territories.
